Ozan moved from Waregem to Antwerp when he was sixteen. The passion for motorcycles and scooters was already deeply rooted. And blood creeps where it can't go. Just three years later, Ozan launched his own scooter brand. As the founder of Ozzy Rides, at the age of just 19, he became one of the youngest scooter manufacturers in Belgium and probably far beyond.

With a deep-rooted passion for scooters and a clear goal in mind, Ozan started his project. “I didn't want to put out average scooters, I wanted something unique, something that reflected my personality and vision,” he says. “The result is a collection of electric scooters that are easy to drive and also have an unmistakably unique design. Moreover, the e-scooters are healthy for the wallet - you pay half a euro for every 50 kilometers you drive.”

Inspired by chopper styling, the Ozzy Rides scooters offer a unique riding experience with wide tires, roomy handlebars, front and rear suspension, and a powerful engine. In addition, the scooters have a removable battery and a Bluetooth music system.

Ozan admits that he took a bit of cue from other manufacturers for his designs. Yet he wants to emphasize that it is precisely his personal nature touch and adjustments make the Ozzy Rides scooters so striking. “I didn't simply want a scooter, I wanted to create art on wheels,” said Ozan.

In addition to selling e-scooters, Ozan also has a valued motorcycle garage in Antwerp. Motorcycle enthusiasts can go there for all their repairs, inspections and bodywork. And that for both (e-)scooters and motorcycles. He does this together with VRC Virgil Kovacs
